Team Building
Set a date with ASE for your next Team Building Experience!
Sailing
and Teamwork
Sailing
requires teamwork, collaboration, communication, trust & coordination…the
root of high performance. Sailing requires the challenge of all this and working
in the elements of nature on the Chesapeake Bay.
You don't need to sit
in a classroom all day to accomplish goals, get out and experience the fun of interactive
team sailing with Atlantic Sailing Experience. Your select group will discover how to achieve their
objectives by working together through effective communication,
planning, problem solving and leadership.
Team Building
Team Building events allow participants
to get to know each other better and
discover the skills and dynamics
needed to achieve success. On a yacht, it takes
everyone working together to sail effectively. With some
teamwork, team
building education and a beautiful day on the Chesapeake
Bay, we will show you
effective team cooperation.
