Waiver and Release of Liability  

1. I recognize sailing is an activity that has an inherent risk of damage and injury associated with it and all clients, crew members and guests aboard voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating. I hereby acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily participating in this event entirely at my own risk.

2. I acknowledge and agree that neither Atlantic Sailing Experience LLC nor any Event Organizers (organizing authority, race committee, protest committee, host club, sponsors, or any other organization or official) will be responsible for any injury to me, including death, sustained as a result of my participation in this event.

3. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event on behalf of myself, my heirs, successors and assigns, I hereby waive any and all claims, actions, suits and demands against Atlantic Sailing Experience, LLC, and its employees, officers, directors and affiliates. Further, I specifically agree to hold Atlantic Sailing Experience, LLC harmless from any and all liability, including, but not limited to liability directly or indirectly attributable to or proximately caused by any negligent action or negligent failure to act on the part of Atlantic Sailing Experience, LLC.

4. I understand this document has important legal consequences, and I have the right to consult legal and other advisors as I deem appropriate before signing.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.
